Key account manager
KAM is a vital part of our sales team. She/he is responsible for most of the company’s existing clients, with a primary focus on key clients. Her/his main task is to communicate regularly with clients, get to know them, solve their problems and increase turnover on existing clients through the cros-sell of our services, expand / increase the number of existing services and sell our services to other companies connected to existing clients.
KAM is the main person representing StoreMedia. Entire communication between our clients and StoreMedia is through KAM.
Building relationship with existing clients
Building and expanding the business on existing clients
Retention management = Minimization of canceled contracts
Solving client’s requirements and problems
Acquisition of new clients, or cooperation with a superior on the acquisition of new large clients.
Administration associated with KAM: preparation of tenders and contracts, modification of contracts / amendments, etc.
Active competition monitoring + adding information to the competition database
Active communication with the company’s technical department
Regular reporting to superior and company management

a merchant who can complete a business case from the first contact until the signing of the contract
a merchant who can work independently
a person who has an active approach to problem solving, result orientation and multitasking
a person who is consistent and tightens things up to the end
a person who is not afraid of new challenges, really wants to work, is organizationally capable, consistent, can meet the agreed deadlines
a person who has a positive attitude towards new technologies, or is open to learning and identifying with new technologies (sales of Digital Signage and In-Store radio)
personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in the field: 3+ years (not suitable for graduates)
English language – B2 +
Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook – advanced
Base: 1500 €
+ Commissions for agreed new deals
